Application Process
We take end-to-end responsibility for managing and setting up resources for the application process of the examination. The application can be either online or offline as decided by the examination university/board.
Online Mode
We start by creating an application server that would help us to collect the student information. This web application is on a high availability server for a seamless application process. The students fill in their information and upload all the relevant documentation. This data is then analyzed and then the criterial filter is applied based on the feedback. This entire data is sent to the university and a manual check is done for the data integrity. All the users with anomalies in their form are notified to update their information via the web application. This information is then manually audited and all the data is processed for the admit cards creation.
Offline Mode
In this process, an examination application center is created where the users manually submit the form and documentation along with it. These original forms and documents are then digitized and punched. Once the entire data escalated, it is sent to the University for validation. This cut list Is validated by the University and approved post which the real numbers, the center of examination, and the admit card issued. Application numbers are then encrypted with the key and converted into Roll numbers.
